Chad W. Bailey, EA In 2021, Chad joined The Allen Group, PC with the opportunity to work closely with seasoned advisor Mark Boatright, gradually transitioning the client relationships and service areas that Mark had guided for many years. After several years of collaboration and preparation, Chad became a Principal in 2025 and now leads those practice areas, serving clients with the same continuity and care they have come to expect under Mark. Chad is recognized for his thoughtful approach, strong technical expertise, and ability to build lasting client relationships. Before joining The Allen Group, PC, Chad worked for a Dallas-based CPA firm, where he focused on tax planning and compliance, small business advisory services, and comprehensive financial planning. He developed extensive experience in advising closely held businesses and their owners in managing cash flow, navigating tax considerations, and making informed business decisions, and continues to apply that specialized knowledge to support clients today. Clients value his clear communication, practical solutions, and commitment to serving as a trusted advisor. Chad holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University and is licensed as an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. He is also a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Danielle, and their three children, Asher, AnnMarie, and Beck, whether exploring the outdoors, traveling, or finding time for a round of golf. |
