Vivien is a Firm Administrator, where she oversees the daily operations and administrative functions that support the firm’s clients and team. She joined The Allen Group in 2020 and has since become an integral part of the firm’s development. With a strong background in office management and hospitality, Vivien brings years of experience in creating efficient, organized, and client-focused environments. At the firm, she is responsible for managing internal processes, supporting staff operations, coordinating client deliverables, and ensuring that the firm runs smoothly throughout each stage of the tax cycle. Vivien is a member of the Certified Public Accountants Firm Management Association and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and trying new restaurants.
